3rd Line Network Engineer
Basingstoke (Travel to customer site required)
Shift Working: 0700 – 1500 or 1100 – 1900

Your role will involve:
We are looking for a 3rd Line Network Engineer to join the Bengal Service Operations team. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stake holders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role.

- VCenter NSX-T
- Cisco Firepower Management Centre
- Cisco IOS knowledge
- Cisco ISE
- Juniper Switches & JUNOS
- SolarWinds
- Active Directory
- Windows Servers
